He originally worked in a high powered family law firm, and thereafter branched out on his own. During his nearly 20 years as a legal professional, he has continued to develop his legal skills by vigorously pursuing his continuing legal education. Attorney Pariseau has attended numerous multi-day seminars pertaining to trial advocacy, criminal law trial litigation, and family law strategies and trial techniques. He prides himself on staying current on his areas of expertise to ensure he obtains the most beneficial outcome for his clients.
Attorney Pariseau has further made strides to further broaden his knowledge and strengthen his personal interactions, and was awarded his doctorate in psychology (Psy.D) in 2009. His dedication to his craft, and efforts to gain further negotiation skills has served his clients well. Attorney Pariseau prides himself on maintaining a professional demeanor while representing his clients before all opposing counsels, mediators, judges, and other legal professionals.
Shane is a competitive attorney, and will constantly work to achieve the best outcome for your case. Shane is aware of the high cost of litigation, and will keep you advised of his concerns about the case, including the cost/benefits of any strategies applied.
That said, naturally Shane is an advocate of settling cases early, but only under the right circumstances that result in a fair and equitable resolution for his clients. Shane is currently married, and his wife is a child psychologist and marriage and family counselor. Together they reside in Orange County, California. Shane enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife of 6 years, which includes camping, hiking, golf, basketball, surfing, hockey, softball, and anything else that is active.
